A fascinating Autumn Statement from Mr Hunt on 17th November with some “interesting” stealth taxes, changes to the taxation of dividends as well as the 45% tax band and changes to capital gains tax and R&D Tax Credits just for good measure!

These changes coupled with the increase in corporation tax rates makes for some interesting decisions to be made for each and every individual and business.
